I dont think so, because in multiplying more than 1 digit binary numbers we need to add in some step before we get the final answer.

Binary multiplication uses the same algorithm, but uses just three orderindependent facts: 0 x 0 = 0, 1 x 0 = 0, and 1 x 1 = 1.
